What Can You Expect At The Abby Fund Show?

Guys we are 2 weeks away from the 4th Annual Abby Fund Fashion Show! This year's event is going to be HUGE. We started planning it almost 4 months ago, and have put in sooooooo many hours to ensure it will be a night to remember. We have some really exciting surprises lined up for the kids, which we will reveal at the show! Don't miss them. For anyone who has been to an Abby Fund show in the past, you know you'll leave feeling inspired and possibly a bit emotional. Our Abby Fund kids are the sweetest, most inspirational people we know. Watching their faces light up when they take their walk on the runway, is empowering. These kids face the toughest battles, and don't deserve what they go through. We have almost 20 kids signed up to show off their own designs on the runway. Don't you worry though! SlyFox Digital Media has put together tissue packages for you, so be sure to stop by their booth before the show starts! (Fun fact: They made our new logo!) Speaking of booths, we have over twenty vendors setting up at the event! Yup, that means lots of shopping, and more than half of them are locally handmade businesses, so you can feel good about shopping local. We also heard that Batman is attending the event! WHAT, how cool is that? Be sure to snap a photo with him at our photo booth. He's a pretty cool guy! Not only is there a fashion show featuring our local Abby Fund recipients, but Collin's Clothiers and Evelynn by Nicole Snobelen will be presenting collections as well! And guess who's wearing their designs? Local Celebs! They are Instagram famous, TV or radio show hosts, family channel actresses, and high profile community members! They will be showing off some amazing pieces alongside the kids! And if you like good music, you'll be thrilled to know DJ Alpha will be spinning the tunes for fashion show!

We are also expecting the mayor of London, Matt Brown and president of Fanshawe College, Peter Devlin, to attend the event! They will also be sharing some words. Have you seen our "famous" donut wall yet? Be sure to stop by and grab one at the show! And guess what? The donuts are free! YUM. But wait, what else is free? Our PIZZA BUFFET! You're welcome. Not a pizza fan? (are you even real?) We've got fruit and veggie trays too.

We will have a jammed pack table filled with incredible donations for you to bid on! And a big thank you to the businesses who have donated to our swag bags.
